  • Once the request is received, the team will process the account deletion within [3–7 business days].

1.6 Special Conditions

  • Accounts found violating the Terms and Conditions of Chirashi King Kong may be deleted unilaterally by the company without prior notice.
  • If an account is deleted due to violations, users are not permitted to create a new account using the same information without written approval from Chirashi King Kong.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 General Terms

  • Orders can be placed through the Chirashi King Kong website.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including items, quantities, and pickup/delivery information, are correct before completing the transaction.

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email or SMS confirmation with order details.
  • Chirashi King Kong reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if the requested items are unavailable or in case of system errors. In such cases, affected customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.

2.3 Self-Pickup Orders

  • Customers must collect their self-pickup orders at the designated outlet and time specified during the order process.
  • Failure to pick up the order within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the order, and no refunds will be issued.

2.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

When an order is placed via Chirashi King Kong Ordering website no cancellation nor modification is allowed. Chirashi King Kong is not liable to provide a refund once an order is made and payment has been received.

In the event of unreasonable delays in Pick-Up attributable to you, you bear the risk of any damage or loss of Goods or any deterioration in quality or change in condition of the Goods (e.g. changes in the temperature fit for consumption). In this case, you shall not be entitled to a replacement, refund or replacement of the Goods. You alone are responsible for inspecting the Goods/Order when you Pick-Up your Order and shall report any issues and/or defects to the restaurant before leaving the premises.

2.5 Payment

  • Chirashi King Kong accepts major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems.
  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2.6 Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions, discounts, or vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined.
  • Chirashi King Kong reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Limitation of Liability

All disputes and discrepancies of the Parties hereunder shall be settled through negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement on disputable matters in the course of bilateral negotiations within 1 (one) calendar month such disputes shall be referred to Singapore Courts.

9. Confidentiality Information

a. The User shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and data related to our Website, products, business affairs, marketing, promotions, and other operations that are provided to the User, either directly or indirectly, by and on behalf of Chirashi King Kong.

b. The User is obligated to know, understand, and ensure that the User uses such confidential information solely for the purpose of utilizing the services, and shall not disclose such confidential information to any third party for any specific purpose without written consent from us.

10. Force Majeure

a. Majeure refers to events caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that result in the cessation or delay of the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, landslides, sabotage, civil unrest, and/or government prohibitions.

b. Any event deemed as Force Majeure must be notified to the other Party no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the occurrence of the Force Majeure event, and upon its cessation, once the event has been officially declared by the competent government authority.

c. If the Party suffering the loss due to a Force Majeure event fails to notify the other Party in writing within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, such loss shall not be recognized as resulting from the Force Majeure event by the other Party.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chirashi King Kong Group regarding the use of the Website.

11.3 Disclaimer:

a. The User understands that applications operating with an internet connection utilize shared network resources, which may affect the speed of access for the User

b. In the event that, at any point in the future, a disruption occurs due to an unstable internet connection on the User’s end, resulting in the application being inaccessible and the payment made by the User being unverifiable, any and all risks arising from such disruption shall be borne entirely by the User and shall not be Our responsibility.

c. The User is expressly prohibited from misusing any information to obtain unauthorized access.

d. Chirashi King Kong shall not be held liable for any actions taken by the User, including but not limited to the alteration or deletion of the User’s personal data.

e. The User is fully responsible for their personal data. If, in the future, a Third Party hacks the device and/or misuses the User’s personal data, any resulting risks will be the sole responsibility of the User
